Business Game Factory Meeting

Being good in business does not only require graduating business school. It requires professionalism, which is the hardest to reach.

On March 27th, Business Game Factory, supported by Soft Skills Solutions and Teambuilding Adventures will facilitate a demo business simulation. The participants will be separated into small multinational companies of 4-5 team members, and together with the rest of the teams will complete in a virtual market environment, which they create.

It will all begin with an intro presented by BGF themselves, about what a business simulation is, how it works, how it adds value to what people already know, what the BGF Global Tournament is and how it is organized.

The professionals will pass through all business management stages - defining the company`s vision, framing a strategy, managing the dynamics, financial analysis, competition analysis, keeping track of corporate units - shares, market coverage, sales, margins, fact-based decision making. For a few hours the companies will have the chance to prove their professionalism and flexibility by creating a virtual market and competing with each other. The goal is to achieve the highest corporate efficiency and results. Also - to have fun.

The competition-day will be closed with an award ceremony of the three teams who reached best results, and a short discussion.
