Trust walk

Trust building activities are very important in training program. Trust comes not only from what we say but even more from what we do.
People can request the specific behavior and nonverbal communication that will enable them to trust their leader, who is in front. The leader carefully leads the rest of the team around obstacles; stopping to let them feel is in front of them. Doing the walk without talking deepens the uniqueness of the experience. Safety: The trainer should be observing the group at all times to make sure that no one is behaving in an unsafe manner.
Key benefit: Building trust.
Numbers: 6-8 people
Duration: 10-15min
Location: Indoor or Outdoor
Approach: Collaborative
Materials: Blind folders
Other Trust Activities: Spotting Stage, Team Spotting, Trust Circle, Levitation, etc.
